windows 8 'your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you'

This is note for the future me in case i ran into it again or if i have to reinstall the windows 8 again and again since, you know it is windows. lol.
So if you are getting shit crappy error message with the blue screen then make no mistake that it is something to do with the driver, not the OS not the hardware itself.
So here are some of the notes which might help me in future.
method 1:
system restore, the good old system restore to a known good point.
method 2:
disable intel rapid storage technology (this sux) in the bios
enable ahci or raid mode in the bios
method 3:
if you had to reinstall the OS , then take a create a system restore point every time you install a driver and reboot.
Disable to automatic restart of windows and disable sleep and fast boot option.

Make sure to enable raid/ahci in the bios before you install any storage related drivers.
also
  1. WinX+R->regedit.exe
  2. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\msahci
  3. Right click on Start->Modify and set it to value 0
  4. Reboot PC and access BIOS then change it to AHCI or RAID
  5.
    Some useful info about the same.
