VMware vCenter Server Vs PlateSpin Migrate synchronization

-          VMware Converter can only sync Windows Server 2003 and 2008. PlateSpin can sync Windows 2000 in addition to 2003 and 2008.
-          With VMware Converter, after 4+ syncs on one server the system drives (folder/files)  can become corrupt and chsdsk needs to be run.
-          VMware Converter Standalone 5.0 is not compatible with ESXi 5.1 hosts. you may have to sync to 5.0 hosts then vMotion to 5.1 hosts.
-    VMware Converter is typically faster overall in its sync times than PlateSpin, but PlateSpin is overall more reliable but some say platespin is generally faster than the vcenter converter.
